Synthetic Graphite for Photovoltaic Industry
Synthetic Graphite for Photovoltaic Industry
We produce and supply processed graphite products for graphite hot zone for PV. We have several CNC machining centers to ensure mechanical tolerance, and we have three coordinate measuring instruments to inspect and ensure the geometric precision. In addition, our advanced purification furnaces can purify the processed parts to ash content less than 2PPM if necessary.
In the 21st century, the photovoltaic industry has developed rapidly, and the output and market of polycrystalline silicon ingot materials for solar cells have increased by leaps and bounds. This also provides a new market for graphite products in the PV industry with a broad development prospect. Ingot polysilicon, an important raw material for solar cell silicon wafers, has begun to use a large number of high-purity, high-quality graphite materials in the production equipment of ingot furnace.
As an important basic material of photovoltaic industry, high-purity graphite products are widely used in all links of PV industry.
Application of Graphite Materials in Photovoltaic Industry
Because graphite material has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good conductivity and stable performance due to its high density and high compressive strength, graphite products can be used from silicon ore smelting to polysilicon production, polysilicon ingot and Czochralski single crystal.
In response to the requirements of the photovoltaic industry for the high purity of graphite materials, we can extract the purity of graphite processed parts to 5-50 PPM, especially the ash content of the products can be less than 2 PPM.
The main applications include graphite electrode, graphite heater, graphite crucible, graphite heat insulation shielding plate, graphite heat reflection plate and other products.
